Company History:

Founded in 2003 from a backyard garage in South Pasadena California and onto the cover of international magazines our company started with a bang. Our founder Shawn-Ian Bruce had a vision for his furniture products back then which he showcased in Köln, Milan, and NY. The designs were focused on being simple yet modern with single materials built in improbable ways. They garnered him and this company tremendous national and international press including Wallpaper, Interior Digest, Frame, Surface and Metropolis magazines. 

It seemed the studio’s future was solidified. Pieces started popping up in galleries and museums around the world. This attracted countless consulting prospects at the highest levels. Our client list reached into the US military, aerospace, transportation, recreation, and even entertainment.

Since those early days shawnianbruce studios has restructured into the upper management hub and design core we are today. We also rebranded our company with a newname VALHADEN.
